Like most women I have very strong opinions about my handbag: It cannot have a label on it--I don't want anyone else to know who the designer is but me--and it has to open widely from the top so I can throw in my wallet, blackberry, Metrocard, lip balm, little black notebook, etc. on-the-go. I like a square, hobo-style bag, and I used to think it was because I'm car-less (the New York City subway system's 6 train is my ride of choice) that my bag choice was so specific, but I think I can confidently say I'm not the only one with strong opinions about their handbag.
