I ask readers to share their hoarding secrets, and the confessions come pouring in. I hoard jackets, magazines and newspapers. See what your fellow readers are holding onto a little too long.
- By far paper: newspapers, magazines, owners manuals w/purchase receipts, calendars, bills, cards, letters, shopping lists, scrap notes & To Do lists - many from long years gone by. I've also got more than my share of plastic & aluminum coffee tins, kitty litter tubs, books, boxes (in every shape & size imaginable), VHS video tapes, CDs, DVDs, computer accessories, converter & extension cords, linens & fabrics I've bought for sewing projects I never get around to starting! I have ideas but rarely follow thru, but I'm very big on curbside recycling! Also, have found their is a market for many items on Craig's List, especially if they're free to whomever will drive by to pick up items set by my front stoop. I drop all kinds of stuff w/ children's & art class center too. Guess I'm the epitome of the cliche: One man's Trash is another man's Treasure!--Guest Beaux in VA
