Here's an idea I stumbled upon during a recent move: project bins! Project bins contain all the necessities to complete projects or activities you do regularly, with the ability to store them out of the way of the stuff you use everyday. Example: Fashion a beach bin containing your beach bag, sunscreen, bug spray, flip flops, and anything else you pack for the beach. This way when it's time to pack for the beach, you can just grab your bin and pack your bag because of the the necessities are already corralled into one bin, and your beach gear is not crowing your everyday work gear out of the closet.
