I have a long and angry history with shredders (much like my wireless network). They always jam, they are always obnoxiously loud and every time I empty them, I inevitably spill half of the 'shreddings' on the floor while yanking the top off of the basket. So when I was offered the opportunity to test and review Fellowes new Cross Cut shredder, I jumped at the chance to inflict my own homemade Consumer Reports-style test on this un-suspecting machine pictured at right.
