Continuing on with our theme of how to use your daily routine to stick to your resolutions and goals, it's time to talk about how to create your best daily routine.
To create a routine that fits your schedule you need to think grandly (I can do anything!), but realistically (exactly what small steps do I need to take to accomplish "anything"), when planning out your days.
- To me, the key is figuring out when your energy is at its highest and lowest points, and then schedule daily tasks accordingly. I work best in the early morning, so schedule work that takes a lot of focus as soon as I hit my desk. My energy and focus begins to lag around 3 p.m., so I do busy work then.
