Rather than cramming everyone's schedule into one small calendar box, you can easily and efficiently keep track of schedules by utilizing the ample space and columns available. In the Personal & Family Organizer for example, I use it as a personal organizer and use the columns to organize my work schedule, meal planning, social plans, bills to pay, appointments and exercise schedule.
