How To Organize Your Shoes

Shoes are usually the last item of our wardrobe that we put on, and most of the time it is just before we are running out the door. Therefore, it is important to keep your shoes arranged in an orderly fashion which will save you time!
Difficulty: Easy
Time Required: 1-2 Hours

Here's How:

  1. Organize shoes by category:
Designate a shelf for specific styles of shoes. For example, sneakers would be grouped together on one shelf, dress shoes on another shelf or flip flops on another shelf.

  2. Organize shoes using a shoe organizer:
If you have more than five pairs of shoes, I would highly recommend storage for your shoes. It will help you easily locate your shoes, and keep them in order. The styles and price varies, but an inexpensive plastic one is all you need, and it will last you for several years – mine is plastic and inexpensive, and after fifteen years it is still going strong!

  3. Store your seasonal shoes:
Shoes can accumulate (or am I just a total shoe addict?) and you may not have the room to store them all in one place. In that case, if you have an extra closet or extra room under your bed you can store your shoes in a storage container, and only keep your current season shoes in your main closet.
